Yoga is a way of life a means to get disciplined, to achieved excellence. Though excellence is not an act but a habit and habit consists of three things knowledge, skill, and desire, when they intersect it becomes habit.
Points of awareness are keeping the-
1. Lower jaw dropped.
2. Spine erect.
3. Back loose.
4. Involve minimum muscles for basic activities like sitting, lying, standing, walking, watching T.V., reading, etc.
5. Awareness about breathing- It should be full (deep), slow, smooth and uniform (feel as if powder is kept before our nostrils and we are saving it from fly away).
6. Mindfulness about stimulus as well as withdrawal of stimulus (when breathing rate is changed).
7. Chasing the thoughts to its origin.
8. Gazing in the middle of eyebrows or nose tip.
9. Om recitation.
Make sure while observing above points our comfort ability should not be disturbed.
