2. The students and teachers both can contribute/donate their old and well read books to the clubs instead of selling them at thrown away prices.
3. The students can be asked to subscribe any one book/magazine on their own and after reading the same can exchange with other students. This way they will buy one magazine and will get unlimited magazines of their choice and level.
4. In school, everyday special items/thoughts are presented in morning assembly. These are supposed to be the best of the day. Every day they can be handed over to the in charge to be compiled, Xeroxed and kept in readers club for better reading and understanding properly.
5. From the newspaper, very important news/quotes and information can be cut and pasted in a file to keep their record. This can be done by the student himself.
6. The books will be kept in an almirah in the staff room (A common place for all the teachers) so that every teacher as and when required can collect the books for any arrangement period. This way the arrangement period can be better utilised. This is how the habit of inculcating reading habit and enriched.
7. During school time the almirah will be kept open for better use as the teachers are responsible people.
8. The Readers Club is a good source of enriching knowledge among students. Later a class debate/discussion/narration and recitation can create excellent orators in school.
9. If required, the books can be issued to the student for two days or as required by the members of the club. The books will be allotted a number to maintain the record.
10. Last but not the least, returning the book timely will lead to honesty and a sense of responsibility among students.
